What people are saying about the Speech Doctor
Mrs. Williams’ program brought much of what concerns children about public speaking to the surface. This interactive assembly experience was a small-time investment related to all that was covered about voice projection, looking at your audience, speaking clearly and many other aspects of effective public speaking. Due to her advanced training and education in this field, she brings topics up that relate to children feeling self-conscious about presenting in front of a group. Her sense of humor and engaging prompts further enhance her presentation.
My seventh graders and I really enjoyed Dr. Williams’ presentation. She was fabulous! The students were very excited to have her come and they really retained what they learned. I would love her to come back next year. The time we had with her was very beneficial.
Thank you very much for an outstanding presentation. The children and teachers learned a great deal of helpful information. We truly appreciate the time and thought you put into the performance. Thank you again for a wonderful learning experience!
Thank you for an excellent performance! I had a great time! My favorite thing was when you told us the names of the diseases. Those were cool names that you made up. I learned that when you take a deep breath, it makes you more relaxed. Thanks for a great performance.
Thank you for the play! I learned to always be confident. I will always follow those tips that you gave us.
You were really funny! I liked when the children said, “Here I am you lucky ducks.” I had a really good time. Come again soon.
